A growing West LA law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Assistant with law firm or professional services experience who thrives on multitasking and delivering exceptional administrative and legal support.

Litigation Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple attorneys with administrative and legal tasks
• Manage e-filings, calendaring, proofs of service, and legal document preparation
• Coordinate meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial binders
• Communicate with clients and vendors and support onboarding/offboarding processes
• Handle reimbursement reports, mail, and other office operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior law firm or professional services experience required; litigation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal technology platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Schedule: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
